Team Structure

IN AFHK is divided into 9 regions to provide infrastructure and to organize and support work being done at the local level.  The regional teams are represented by a member of the state steering committee and a regional leader.  Regional teams are comprised of education professionals, health professionals, concerned parents, students, community leaders, and local businesses.
